Chris 'Bomber' Harris has again been named as the Number 1 to lead the Allied Vehicles Tigers into the 2026 season.
Bomber had a stunning season for the Tigers in 2025, nearly leading them to a 2nd title in 3 years, with some unbelievable performances towards the end of the season.
“When discussing a deal with Glasgow it was always a no-brainer for me to return. I absolutely love it here, on what in my opinion is the best racetrack in the country.” Said Chris
“The Facenna family are a pleasure to ride for, and have invested a lot of money into the sport in general, and whenever I talk to Gerry he just wants entertainment. That is something that I know I can provide here.”
Harris will again lead a side with some familiar returning faces, and as always in the sport some new ones.
“It’s great to have the same top 3 again with Kyle and Leon returning, and it’s a shame that we couldn’t keep Dan in the side, but rules are rules.”
“Mario and Kevin have the potential to come in and really excite, and at reserve Freddy can improve again and everyone knows what Sam has done here before in the Under 21s.” Said the skipper
“Overall it’s a good sold side and one that I am very hopeful will do well in all competitions and we have a chance of bringing some silverware back to Ashfield for these great supporters”
Glasgow open their season on 28th March with the seasonal Ben Fund Meeting
