HARRIS SAYS YES TO BEN FUND

Chris Bomber Harris is one of the first names confirmed for the 2026 season opening Ben Fund Bonanza which this season will be held at the Ashfield Stadium in Glasgow on Saturday 28th March with tapes up at 6pm

“When Paul Ackroyd called to asked if I would be available to do it, I had no hesitation in agreeing. It is an honour to do the meeting and give something back” said Harris

“I hadn’t realised I had done so many of them, but in the 6 attempts I’ve made the rostrum 3 times and it will be nice to try and make that 4 times on 28th March.” Said Bomber

“The Ben Fund do amazing things for the guys that have needed their support over the years, and that’s why it’s important to continue to support the event.” The Glasgow skipper commented

“I know the Glasgow public will support the event, but also fans from Edinburgh, Berwick, and others a bit further south will also want to come and watch what is normally a very competitive meeting.”
