HARRIS FIRST ON TEAM SHEET FOR STARS

Kings Lynn Stars have made their first move for the 2026 Premiership campaign by bringing back British Speedway legend Chris Bomber Harris.

Harris finally rode for the Stars in 2025, and in the early part of the season wowed fans with some breathtaking performances, something the club were only too keen to return to this year.

“It was well publicised that I was close to signing for Kings Lynn many times, but one thing or the other meant it never happened, and last season on the whole I enjoyed being here for the first time. When it has some grip on it, the track is so much fun to ride, and it showed early on.” Said Bomber

“I was delighted to be asked to return, and I am already looking forward to the season. We were unlucky last season with injuries, and very nearly made the play-offs after being so far away.”

“Bringing Max in gives us a real number 1, and that can only help the team, and with myself, Ben, Paco and Jan backing him up we can take on anyone around here, and hopefully surprise a few away from home too!” Harris commented

“Two great young British lads at reserve too in Cooper and Jody which I am really happy to see. I will help them as much as I can too as it is important to me that the young British lads get given a fair crack”. Said Chris

Fixtures for the Stars campaign will be released shortly
