The Glasgow Allied Vehicle Tigers have only ridden 5 meetings at home so far in 2025, but Chris 'Bomber' Harris has wasted no time in once again enjoying himself around the Ashfield circuit.
Edinburgh twice, Berwick, Poole and Plymouth have visited so far this season, and in 26 races, Bomber has only dropped 6 points around his home patch. currently giving him the best home average in the whole division - a staggering 11.24!!
"I don't just love riding there, I love racing there" said Chris
"For me it's the best track in the country and more often than not it is prepared perfectly and allows riders like myself the chance to showcase my abilities, especially when I don't make the start!!. I don't like getting beat, and I am proud of the results I've had there so far, and in the 5 meetings I've managed to max out once, and very nearly had 2 others but missed out by one point."
" I'm looking forward to the next month as we have 4 home meetings, so hopefully the weather holds fair and I can get the chance to continue the good run of form at home. I'm obviously looking to improve my away form too at the same time."
